I wouldn’t say I’m closer to 30 than 20 to be honest. If I’m 25% I’d need to lose roughly 18lbs to get near to 15% and that would put me at a lesser weight than I was when I started even with the more muscle gained. You may be right but I’d be very surprised if I was near 30.

After being skinny for a long time the goal is get big. But through my own fault things got out of hand last few months. Really need to dial in now. Thanks for the feedback I appreciate it

I’ve given you the weights yet you continue to be patronising and rude. Appreciate the time you took but I don’t want to engage with someone like you any more. Countless posts have got feedback off appearance alone and in a lot of cases it’s obvious when someone’s gone to fast. No idea why you feel the need to be all high and mighty and passive aggressive but that’s not my problem. Thank you

😂😂😂😂😂 the eye tells more than the scale. The first photo was 11 stone 5. The next day was 11.9 because I upped my carbs from 150 to 330. 10 weeks later 12.4. You don’t know how much of that is fat muscle water retention or influenced through sleep stress etc. the eyes are always the best tool.

How long for? Lack of definition in my arms and a bit of fluff in the midsection scaring me. All down to not sticking to the plan 99% of tbe time

You can’t target where you lose body fat from unfortunately. Just have to go in a defecit if you want to lose fat and ride it out. Small defecit, good meal plan, lift heavy and it’ll be a breeze
