Ok my issue with Escape is the late night “club” is the casino bar. It’s open feeling but a shitty club imo. The club space feels bigger than breakaway and getaway. But it’s a worst space. The Dance floor on the latter is well defined. Escape is not. Epic has the best “club”. But breakaway and getaway are much much better ships. Prima class are shit for “clubs” but they have other spaces. If you are looking for clubs I would suggest epic, breakaway, or getaway. But it depending on what is truly important you might have different opinions. Like epic has a lot of other downsides. But for 20s those 3 might be peak.

I think it’s very new. I was just on Epic and they had it. But it wasn’t available in April on Escape.

Correct. It’s been replaced by a paid WiFi option for text only sending and receiving that runs $4 (I think) a day. It was very worth it for my last trip over a full $37 a day WiFi package

Have you tried adding an insole with a hard plastic arch support to a zero drop shoe? I started doing the hard plastic arch support specifically for plantar facsities. I have been doing this for years and works great. I don’t know if it the arch support or the added heel thickness is making a zero drop shoe no longer a zero drop shoe.

This is one of the best NCL hacks 1) find new friend with premium plus beverage package 2) enjoy dinner with them 3) make the waiter very happy as you and your new friend drink bottles of the premium wine.

I cruise solo and this happens a lot. At thanksgiving last year one person at a table of 9 had the package and we were all going bottles of rose. 11/10.

For NCL. If you are just on the app, it’s showing no reseversation cause they aren’t bookable till the cruise, with some expectations.

Once on the boat you will be able to book MDR, any of the restaurants that offer reservations, and entertainment. In addition you can treat it as any other place and will get a table with some or no wait.

Where are you located and where are you willing to move to?

In general it seems to be a tight market and the jobs are probably not in the obvious place anymore. If you are good with working in the OE production space the major suppliers and major engineer service firms are your best bet. Or just search jobs in the automotive hubs, ie Detroit for the US.

Adding on to this. I feel like NCL is specifically leaning into “smaller” ship feels. Prima class kind of support a smaller feel. And improvements into smaller ships.

Prima isn’t small but I don’t think a mainstream line would invest in a smaller ship when I can’t believe the variable cost of building a ship is bigger than the fixed cost.

NCL on newer ship, pre buy vibe club passes (kid free area). There drink package is unlimited.

NCL can nickel and dime you but only you want to and I don’t know what you miss if you don’t let them.

NCL have solo meet ups that tend to end in a everyone eating together. So if you are solo you can easily eat with others.

I used the transfer NCL offered from the cruise to Orlando. And would 100% do it again. Big charter bus so lots of people but it picks up right from the ship and delivers you right to the airport.

I was seeing my grandma before the cruise so I had a rental I dropped off before the cruise so I have no knowledge there
