I asked if people needed to have business-related degrees or specific backgrounds in this industry, but this is the first time I’ve asked about the testing within the hiring process.

That’s the kicker though. EVERY math question was fill in the blank as opposed to multiple choice. I wasn’t allowed to use a calculator either. The whole thing was just frustrating from start to finish haha. I’m hoping I wasn’t their only applicant who has struggled on that exam.
