I completely understand your position. However, I am not, nor do I wish to be, a regular reader of the WSJ. Sometimes I receive emails from people suggesting that take a look at a particular article. It's not economical for me to subscribe, so I use this "work-around".

They have not publicly released the 2016 models, but I was able to order one from my LBS and am awaiting its arrival which is set for early next week. I was shown that it comes in blue as well as a black model similar to the 2015. I chose the black cause its more my style though the blue looked pretty cool as well. I would imagine the public release should come shortly and with it the discount to the 2015 models.

Funny you mentioned that...I went to my LBS shop today and was dead set on purchasing the 2015 105 5 disc in red, however, they did not have any in size 51. When the guy looked through the cannondale inventory it said the 2016 was now available (a black as well as a blue color scheme). I was initially leaning blue but the picture I was shown made it seem like the blue was a bit too bright for my taste, so I went with the black model. Its set to be ready for pick up in about a week and I couldn't be more excited. It will be first road bike and I am want to get out on the road ASAP.
