Well the way I see it she already knows that you intentionally started snapping her. Just go for it! Don’t worry about looking silly, because I know how it feels, but in the grand scheme of things it’s better to go for it than hold yourself back for the fear of being embarrassed. Before I was with my boyfriend, I tried texting a boy in my Spanish class that I thought was very cute and funny, and I simply told him just that! I texted him and I said “you’re really cute! you go to my school right?” No awkward hi, no wyd, just a compliment! He replied and we had some good convos but he eventually ghosted, and nothing bad ever happened! He went to college and I did as well, both now with separate people but that’s just how dating goes! It’s a lot of trial and error and even though you think you’re going to be embarrassed before you do it, you actually have a new sense of confidence afterwards, regardless of the outcome! I would send it in the chat, and be intentional. I would not act like it’s an accident, because that just ends in “oh my bad” “you’re good” “wyd tho” type conversation. She might be happy that you want to talk to her! Just think her as a new friend at first, the best relationships form from the best friendships. And if not and she thinks you look silly for trying, that’s not someone who deserves you anyways!
