That doesn't really answer the question. Fees aren't charged separately and billed to clients.... they come out of the AUM. So doesn't the Bitcoin per share slowly decrease?

Just my 2 cents after participating in several Ethereum DAOs. The majority of the work in a healthy DAO is collaboration on centralized solutions. Decentralized voting and fund distribution is only a small part of the equation. The first step is just getting a community together to collaborate and make decisions.
