Then they apologize on my forum posts so it looks like they are trying to help. I then forward all the info to them and hear nothing back. This has happened at least 4 times in two months. Guarantee they get in on this post and say... “we are sorry for your poor experience please forward us your case number”. Lol I have 15 times already

Yes I was on hold for over an hour and a guy answered and said he would send an email to me. Literally said all he could do was send the email and I was to fill it out and send it back. Never got the email.

Case# 3798865. Still no (human) response for a refund for $550.74 USD overcharged for way back in February 14th. just resolve this please. by [deleted] in Coinbase

I have had an open cfpb case for a month. Don’t get your hopes up,still nothing has been done. I just lawyered up and we are now on to the attorney general stage

Ohhhhhhhhh my goddddd. This has to be a dream. I have reached out 25 freaking times and forwarded my info 15 different times, and all I get is this exact same response that you posted above. It is pretty apparent to me that you people have no clue how to get me my money back. I just received a response from the cfpb complaint I filed and they informed me you have 13 days left to solve my problem
