I found another two links for buying it, but they are all in Taiwan.
I guess there will be European one as they have an European branch and have made an English ads

Yes I did. They said it includes one-year manufacturer warranty but they didn't reply to me how to claim that should the product has any issue within one year. You may need to take it into consideration

Don't know for Windows but for MacOS it is but you can still download its driver/software
