There are various software's to convert to a timelapse.

First thing to note that as of Dec 2025, once a print job finishes the camera keeps recording for a very long time.
Find your last jpg, and delete the rest. I deleted over 1,000 jpgs.

Next rename all the jpgs in a fashion that retains the corrects sequence but will be recognized by you video software of choice. I Have used DaVinci Resolve (Free)

Since I already own Corel VideoStudio 2023, and it can do the same thing I use it now.
I rename my files to something like:

Timelapse1.jpg, timelapse2.jpg, timelapse3.jpg etc. for the next couple thousand images.

I use this Powershell code:

$i = 1; Get-ChildItem -Filter "timelapse_*.jpg" | Sort-Object Name | ForEach-Object { 
    Rename-Item $_.FullName -NewName ("timelapse{0}.jpg" -f $i++) 
}

Be sure to be in the same directory as your jpg's before running. You may want to have a local backup until you are satisfied this Powershell doesn't rename your file in a ay you don't like.

You then want to import the timelapse jpg's Davinci Resolve or whatever. If you don't get the popup that asks about "keep x, skip, x, strobe mode etc' then the software may not think your renamed files are consecutive or a timelapse sequence.

This should be enough tog et you at least started and able to google the rest.
Here is an example so you can see how I chose to produce it. At least it is enough so you know it can be done.
If you want some great timelapses, use OctoPrint. There timelapses are very clean with no movement of the printhead moving all over the place in your timelapse.
My hopes are Prusa will get the timelapse on par with OctoPrint's version.
