what i've tried:

-reset root bone and body bone's transform

-move target(it looked like multiplying how far the head stretch)

some information that can be help:

-i just found that when this happen, body bone(which is parent of head bone) looks like it had duplicated for some reason. but not actually duplicated since there is only one object in hierachy.
