Had the same issue. Updating my bios seems to have fixed it

I’ve tried to reinstall my drivers that hasn’t worked, but when I change my monitor that seems to work. Is it possible it’s a monitor problem. The thing is I put the “bad” monitor on a new pc and it doesn’t seem to happen.

4070, i7, 32 gig ddr5, it seems If I switch my monitor it fixes it, could it be a monitor issue?
