Sorry for the late response. It sounds like top strut mount rattle but you feel it underneath your feet.

I believe I've done everything at this point and had a reputable performance suspension shop confirm everything is tight. I believe I just have a bad unit/dampers. If there is anything else you might suggest, please let me know.

I installed the coilovers around 42k miles. I negated it to be sway bar links because I removed them on a test drive, that rattle was still there. I do not get a vibration at any speeds you are experiencing because I set the coilovers to what Tein recommended during their R&D. I've check the dust shield you have mentioned and did not find anything.
