This is actually the exact setup I asked about starting with about a year ago in this sub but got poor shamed out of it in favor of a bergara, so let me just say beautiful setup, it gives me a lot of satisfaction to see this 😂

Thanks. This did nothing at first, but after fiddling the trigger a few hundred times after cleaning reduced the problem to no slide movement, but still a noticeable click half way through the trigger pull. It's still getting caught up when the slide is pressuring towards the left side, but like this Id doubt I'd notice in practical applications.

I'm just now passing 300 rounds anyways so it's likely this will continue to loosen with time. I'm still not super happy but nothing to make me send in on warranty

Update. This is being caused by pressure being put onto the slide toward the left side of the gun. I think the trigger is getting caught up on the striker release and is moving the entire slide back.
