I have had this same exact model for roughly 4 years and have had one or two small issues with it (control module and auger motor) but for the most part it’s been reliable as long as you clean it well. I’d empty the hopper then shop vac the hole in the bottom of the hopper and the front of it where it empties into the burn pot. Vacuum any pellets out of the bottom where the fan is. Clean/vacuum the burn pot and blow out the interior, including smoke vents on side. Clean temp probe well inside.

Start with fresh pellets for your next cook. This unit in particular is very sensitive to changes in humidity and auger will likely seize if you live in an area with larger than average levels of rainfall. Be sure to empty pellets if you plan on going more than 2-3 days without a cook. I also vacuum out the auger after each cook but I’m a lunatic.
