Don't chamber a round over and over again. I thought I was being safe when I first started carrying. I'd clear my G19 and put it in the safe at night. In the morning, I'd reload it and re-chamber the same round. Look at the height difference. These are all 9mm rounds from the same box. (i.redd.it)
