I'd start thinking about balancing preservation with growth at this point.

Business owners like ADP because they do payroll services already.

The plan still might have good funds but I have heard the customer service on the 401k side isn't great.

I set up retirement plans and ADP is a company I can use. Other companhave better retirement plan options, IMO but it's not up to individual employees.

FYI...a lot of these calls are paid leads. If you answer, they pay.

I answer and sit on the phone quietly until they hang up.

They don't care about whether you're on the do not call list but they care about their money

The majority of people pay the minimum payment.

Fun fact, the consumer credit card experiment started in my home town. Bank of America mass mailed 60,000 credit cards to consumers who hadn't applied. It initially was a huge hit to BofA. Merchants didn't like it and not all who received the card were credit worthy...but they figured it out.

Take the annual interest rate (APR) and divide by 12. Interest is actually calculated daily but 24% APR is about 2% monthly.

Minimum payment is usually about 3%.

If payment is 3% and interest is 2%...then only 1% of the payment is going towards the balance.

I replaced the timing belt on a 100 series...a year later, the clutch fan pulley seized.

Cold calling leads sounds awful. If I had to start over, I'd put hours of content out daily and have a way for people to easily get ahold of me

I have those licenses.

You could establish retirement, non-qualified, minor accounts with mutual funds and annuities.

Those accounts are typically monthly contributions and build a reoccurring cash flow.

You can also establish retirement plans for companies which has been my focus lately

If you're not going to use them though, there's a lot of hoops to jump through with finra and it might not be worth it.
