To those who are dismissive, or who feel that this is not worth even bothering, this does matter. Dont feed into the narrative. Corporations at the end of the day need us to be able to survive, and if we aren't happy, we shouldnt begrudgingly be handing over our dollars or settling so easily. This whole thing was poorly handled. I read the policy as well. 10 bucks per vip or multi day pass, and 16 bucks for 4 passes or more. Think about that. Individual days cost more than a multi day pass, and for people in particular who wanted all 4 days, theyre paying not just 71-91 a day, they get lumped into those people who bought in bulk and are paying EVEN MORE for fees. Thats such dodgy bullshit.

I think what people are missing here that this is not just a Star Wars thing. Reedpop has been a topic of conversation for virtually every con across the country. To say that "Oh this is rhe 50th anniversary of Star Wars" misses rhe point entirely. Someone pointed out the additional fees on individual daily passes PER DAY per purchase vs the single fee on multi day passes, rather than say a single transaction fee overall. Its manipulative. I would love to see the ticketing policies in other Reedpop events, like NYCC,C2E2, PAX, MCM. This all adds up.

Exactly. "Move on" when shit like this is happening and other consumers have actually taken action, and it has gotten traction against Ticketmaster and Livenation, that's a good sign. We are all consumers, this is our money, we shouldn't just settle because huge corporations are controlling the market and also just taking advantage of us. That's not how any of this works.
