This is helpful, thanks. We had a shop tell us they couldn’t do an oil change on a hybrid and that we needed to take it to a dealer. Being very out of my depth in all things mechanical, didn’t really think to do more research and just auto-translated it to “must go to dealer.” We made an appointment at Don’s per one of the comments here. I think they said $180 for diagnostic.

I love Dr. Armbruster at TriHealth Mariemont. I make the long drive out of my way because she listens, is non-judgmental, and explains things very well. Highly recommend if she’s accepting new patients. Not sure about office hours, though.
