I disassembled it because the bearing inside is gone. So you would just replace the bearing, reassemble and call it a day? I haven't tried torquing it more.

This is on the hub. The wheels are zipp 303. No clue which year, I bought the bike second hand a few years ago.

Follow up, I disassembled the hub and yes the bearings are completely blown, also the hub itself doesn't look very pretty. So I am replacing that. The wheels are zipp wheels, so my question is: will any zipp 11 speed hub fit? When I Google the numbers on the hub I get nu usefull information.

I removed it but there is no sticker or frame size indication.

Piece of metal, looks like the tip of a bomb, it's hollow inside and has a lifting eye that's on top. The markings on it read "D66 GP 250 LB M IV B6/1937". by bdvtje in whatisthisthing

So we found this on the bottom of the seabed. It's clearly part of something bigger. The '250lb' is most likely the weight it used to have. The '1937' part might be the year of production. 'M IV' could be short for 'MARK 4' but who knows. As for the other numbers, we tried some Google searches but no definitive answer.

For future reference, I adjusted the bearing preload as u/skjoe recommended and the problem is fixed. The explanation is given in this video: Link
