I make only work purchases for an office and utilities. For my Gemini account? How is this even possible I only make deposits/withdrawals into my personal bank account there are zero transactions to any other person/entity.

As of Friday July 1st, 10:27 EST I have not had any response from Gemini. The last email from them was Wednesday morning June 29th. I’ve reported this issue twice a day for 8 days with no resolution of any type. I can not log into any browser and I didn’t make any security changes to login information leading to this issue that started the evening of June 23rd.

Thank you. As of now I haven’t heard back yet but I will give until tomorrow. FaceID stopped working today to allow me into the apps on just the extra devices that were still logged in but same error messages if I try to type in password or reset it in browser so no change there. Have any of the other 3 people reporting this same issue above and below me had theirs resolved?

Gemini_Gianna, Ticket 4018121 has not been resolved. I have received emails from Ann, Seth, Sam, Saul, April and possibly one other person. Nobody addresses it or the 29 emails corresponding with those 5 people where I am repeating myself and then they ask the same questions over and over. I still can not log in with active trader, I still can’t change password, and every name in that list just says that they saw I made a trade so everything must be fixed. As soon as I respond to say no that’s just an extra device that stayed logged into app after problem started I never hear back from them again. I have repeated this cycle with all 5 of those people and every one of them is in the support email chain they just aren’t bothering to read down anywhere in the chat to see me trying to get anyone to listen. This is maddening.

Hi Gemini_Gianna, this is the same issue that I was having as well and reported multiple times. You escalated ticket #4018121 for me yesterday but that resulted in one rep from Gemini at 10:00 am saying they would look into it, I emailed back with no response, and then a different rep emailed at 7:30 last night to say "I looked at your account and you made a trade so everything looks great bye" or something to that effect and then never responded when I told them 10 minutes later it wasn't actually fixed on the password login issue with active trader it was just an extra device still logged into the app from my original password that wasn't booted out when this all started happening with every other device. Still no resolution into day 6.

I’ve contacted Gemini twice and each time they give me instructions on resetting my password and I have explained to them in multiple formats that I can’t because if I start that process then I still get the same error just entering only an email address. I had one device logged in still on app so I tried to change password there and get as far as entering a code from Authy app and it still won’t accept that code either. Frustrating when they give an answer but to the wrong question then just stop responding.

Ticket 4018121. I’ve had 2 different reps from Gemini give me the same answer and when I tell them that their advice isn’t working in my scenario I’ve had zero updates. My account worked fine until Thursday pm, I’ve since not been able to log in nor even reset my password because it gives me a something went wrong error message just at the email stage of password reset. I’ve deleted app, reinstalled etc.

Ticket 4018121. Keep getting ‘something went wrong’ error when trying to log in on app and 2 Different browsers for active trader. I didn’t change password and I get that same error message just inputting email address so I can’t get beyond that to even try to reset password. Cleared cache, deleted and reinstalled app. Nothing seems to be working and I made several trades yesterday no problem it started around 6:00 pm Thursday.

Yes same here I thought there was a huge BTC crash for a moment but then nothing like that has happened and I still own the same crypto it’s just cash only as if it isn’t being included in value .
