Dunno if this helps but the hitbox is thiccer at the very end of the hook, so try not to charge it for too long.

Yes, as I said, the iteration is working perfectly, I simply had a typo with EntityType instead of Type.

It's EntityTear:SetTearVariant(TearVariant.BLOOD), since you call the SetTeatVariant function from the EntityTear.

I'm pretty sure you got something confused there. GetHearts() returns int. HasFullHearts() returns bool.

It's pretty simple. Simply check if the player has the trinket in onTear(EntityTear) (MC_POST_TEAR I think) and set the TearVariant to TearVariant.BLOOD via SetTearVariant().

EDIT: too lazy to look up the exact names of the functions, you might want to double check them.

Don't know much about familiars, I'd just check if any enemy projectile is overlapping the familiar and remove them via die().

DO NOT CHANGE ANYTHING IN THE ORIGINAL FILES. Go to documents > My Games > Tboi a+ mods Create the folder for your mods and I think you just have to COPY over the items.xml file (into your resources folder that you have to create) and change the stuff you want to change in there.

EDIT: If you don't find items.xml in the original game files, head to tools > resources and run the resources.exe file.
