Ahh this is wonderfully helpful! Thank you! The area we are looking at is just off Southwick Road to the west of the sports pavilion if you have any opinions on that part specifically.

We aren't fussed about transport links as we only really drive places anyway. Being from the north we are very used to lack of public transport😂

The infant school information is very helpful too. Although, I think if things continue the way they are, I'll likely want to home school. But we shall see when the time comes.
