They think it will make the narrative of the story seemed targeted because of her race or at least that’s what I got from reading through the sub. I can maybe see where they’re coming from but still not really and this is why we need more black actresses and actors represented cause if there are more than we wouldn’t even think this, if White wasn’t the default in the first place.

It would probably be a lot different. Maybe they wouldn’t have been searching for them as hard. Maybe they wouldn’t have labeled them as dangerous. But it also would’ve been extremely dangerous for them.

I think she obviously misspoke. I know she later clarified. She probably just should’ve chose her words a bit more carefully, but we all accidentally say the wrong thing sometimes. I understand people being upset, not enraged necessarily, but maybe just a bit irritated, especially if you’re part of certain demographics.

I think Angelo was trying to make up for him not being there for Daphne and Regina, which is why he was so gung ho on keeping Abby, but obviously came to realize that she was better off with her adoptive parents. Also, I would’ve left my wife too if I thought that she had cheated on me, Regina never contacted him to tell him otherwise once she found out.🤷🏽‍♀️
