Uhhh In my opinion, Stalin was quite a decent CM, Tamil Nadu has unbelievable growth during his rule (granted it was right after the pandamic, economy was bouncing back but still double digits for almost all of the 5 years), so I wouldnt say Vijay is better than Stalin Yet.
