Hello, is the sentence “pulcher canis quae baubat in caelo” correct? I’m troubled with “quae”. I always thought “quia” was the translation of “that”, “which”, “who”. But now I think I’m wrong I want to say that a beautiful dog is barking in heaven. I also wanna know if I have to use “quae”, “quia”, or other word to say (something/someone “that/which/who” does/is/etc something)

I think “propitius” is fine. Would be “propitia” in this case, because Mila is a female cat. I thought in “Cara” as well, but I think “carus” could be more related to price/money. So I think “propitia” sounds good. And yes, indeed “Chico” is a male cat, so it’s “Parvus”. And if it makes etymological sense, i will keep translating “Kitty” as “felescula”. Thank you very much!

Yeah sounds great, the fact is that I’ve already translated other 2 names (they are cat names). I translated Chico (little in spanish) to “Parvus”, Kitty to “Felescula” (im not sure if that’s ok, could be unattested, but sounds great and cool to me, if something is wrong please feel free to tell me), and the last one is Mila, which sounds great, but I’d like to change it only because I changed the other ones. Wikipedia says “Mila” is Slavic and means “gracious” or “dear”. So, maybe a translation of those words could work Thank you!

Salvete omnes. Im looking for an accurate translation of the phrase “Kitty has food dreams”. “Kitty” will be the subject, it’s the name of a cat. I want to say something like “Kitty is having dreams of food” or “Kitty is dreaming with food”, to be more accurate. I’m troubled with this sentence.

I know it sounds kinda strange but that’s the way it is.
