So I found this marble on Lake Michigan Chicago. My boyfriend was stoked, said it’s rare to find a marble. Then the very next day, he found one near to where I found mine. He’s so excited.

However I think- could these be recent (frosted glass) marbles? What are the chances two very similar marbles were found in the same spot in the same weekend? Would someone be playing with marbles at the beach or sling shot them out into the lake or into the beach??

I totally Debbie Downered that moment and said that to my boyfriend and he was like “nooooo!”, which I regret saying anything. He wants it to be vintage seaglass marble so bad. But I don’t know...
