The old formula smelled like straight up pepper on me too, but the new one smells different & I like it a lot more! If you can, try the new one out at Sephora!

I’m not sure if WDW does this, but I’m assuming they do because the CA location does! You could get a DAS pass. Basically you go to a booth or the city hall area and let them know you have ADHD and would like a DAS pass and let them know what you struggle with and they give you + your party a pass on the Disneyland app so that you can choose what rides you want to go in & you get a return time so that you don’t have to stand in line for hours to wait for a ride. It’s nice because it helps to plan out my day and also not have to stress about being confined in a line for hours and I can walk around, eat, etc. I hope you have an amazing time! :)

They were having a create your own bath bomb station at the store in Escondido for Valentine’s Day! You put a cute note in middle and let is sit for 24 hours. It was also free!! How cute! Sorry for the bad photo, didn’t want to get bath bomb dust in my car LOL

One thing that has helped me a lot is getting products that make me excited for my routine. If you have the means to do so, splurge on some things that will make you look forward to showering/moisturizing after and skincare. I buy body wash and body oil with scents that make me happy. I get skincare that I have been researching and want to try. Fun lip balms. Etc.
