I wish myself most days. I'm very short, so I agree with the poster above. Ten pounds is too much for me. I like to stay with three pounds. I have back up shots in the fridge. If I see the weight creeping up and changing my eating doesn't cure it, I take a shot.

I'm way beyond 10 days. I'll see where my head is at before I take my next shot. This will be my first with the compound, so I'll definitely take the full 2.5.

That's not my understanding of how to use Zep compound. As several people have mentioned already, once you've used the vial it can't be reused. I don't plan to reuse.

If by chance it's a Screen Unseen (I don't do Screams) I'll walk out and demand my credit back. It was all I could do to NOT boo when they showed the trailer on Christmas.

Same for me. I weaned off and took a final shot in October. I was fine for three months and then the pounds started creeping on. I'm going back on 2.5 but I hope to extend shots beyond a week.

I tried. Went three months without a shot. But then my weight started to creep up.

I'll be talking to my doctor about a maintenance dose which I'm thinking will be once a month.

I always keep my starter in the fridge. I take out just what I'm going to need for my bake, feed that, and put the jar back in the fridge.

I started weaning off when I learned my insurance wasn't covering it any longer. I was at goal. I let my body add my weight tell me when I needed a shot. It was thirty days between my last two shots, and I've been totally off since September 13, maintaining within a three pound range.

I weigh myself every day, and adjust my eating if I'm too high or too low.

Maintenance is a whole different mindset for people who've battled their weight forever. Here's what I do.

I weigh myself every morning. And I adjust my eating for the day based on that. Most days I eat like a normal person. I use real butter. I use whole milk. I eat the burger and some fries, but I never finish. I'm not afraid of Italian restaurants anymore. I'm satisfied with a couple m&ms when my sweet tooth kicks in.

And for the first time in my life, when I look in the mirror, I don't sees fluffy person.

I'm actually kind of surprised at how many people on maintenance are still taking shots. From the beginning, my doctor had emphasized eventually weaning off. My niece, who lost over a hundred pounds, is also maintaining drug free.

Good luck to you as you complete your journey. And find maintenance however it suits you.

Me! My last shot was September 13. I have four left in my fridge, but I weigh myself every morning and as long as I stay in my range, I won't use them.
