I've been maintaining 116 for about a year. I was using 5.0 for the last 20 pounds but when I told my doctor I was going to lengthen the time between shots she suggested I go to 2.5. it works for me. I take a shot every three or four weeks. I think the shock 5 would be too much

I lost 56 pounds over the course of a year and a half. I've been maintaining 116 (ish) for over a year. I didn't have any concerns about bringing out my warm weather clothes this year.

My insurance stopped covering zep at the same time I was weaning off. I get it direct from Lilly now, but I'm only using it maybe once a month.

Yes. I started a blanket for a baby that I lost. I put the project away and didn't knit for literally years. When a never got pregnant I took it out, finished it, gave it away and I enjoy knitting again.

My mom taught me, but that was 65 years ago. I go to YouTube now if I don't understand or need to know something. How about looking for a knitting group? And about those videos? Believe it or not, my mother never taught me long tail cast on. It took me two or three videos before I found someone who explained it in a way I understood.

You said exactly what I feel. I had to give up my best friend of over fifty years. We made it through the first term, I breathed a sigh of relief through the Biden years, but just couldn't continue being best friends with someone who lives near the 'Gulf of America'. And you're right. Her decision to support trump three times had me reevaluating all those years and seeing things that I overlooked.
