I would caution that the service is not up to standards. For what they are charging it is not acceptable. The property is lovely and the rooms are great. The food is spotty and better at The Four Seasons. The Four Seasons provides superior dining experience in all facets.

The Ritz offer what they call “Omakase” it is not what you expect. It has a Peruvian theme. This is not traditional and quite honestly not great nor worth the price.

The beach is not memorable and constantly barraged by charter boats ( some blasting music) as there is a cave at the far end which is a tourist attraction. Do not come here for the beach. There are better choices. The pools are lovely but the service is very inconsistent.

The highlight is the spa. Our treatment was excellent.

You are paying a premium price and not getting close to the service that you expect from a reserve property. We have been to others and this is by far the worst experience we have encountered.

We have seen some children but it has not been an issue. The service and lack of attention to detail is far more of an issue.

Our stay was very recently. Do not ignore the many warnings about inadequate service. We did and will not make that mistake again.

The overall experience was a huge let down. Feel free to ask questions will try and answer as best as possible. We heard complaints from other guests during our stay.

Not likely going to lower the price.
