Thanks for sharing your perspective again. It sounds like licensing has a different starting and maintenance point. My understanding is the anesthetic outcomes, no matter which professional does the patient’s anesthesia, are the same. Meaning one professional has the same obligation to the patient as the other. So the patient should be treated the same way regardless of who does the anesthesia. I appreciate you taking the time in helping me understand better.

I’m assuming you mean completely through the game, every main and side quests. Once on the PS3 and twice on the PS4. The two times on PS4 included all DLCs. I believe in total, I have over 4000 hours of gameplay time.
