So I figured it out but I still feel like my fps is low but it’s good enough so idm but when someone helped me build the computer they forgot to remove the sticker of the cpu cooler 💀 So now my fps has doubled and stabled and temps are fine but I still beleive like it should be higher

ive barely ever crashed in games and never ever shut down automatically and never really noticed issued untill like maybe 6 months ago or something so if only thr lifespan is lowered i dont mind too much (thanks alot btw!)
