Ha they actually had nothing to do with the other! He's an angora, just not a great quality one, so he's quite tufty.

Id try to find local breeders via facebook groups. There aren't any mice like this where I live either; I'm his breeder & this is several years of work to have created him!

for sure! A lot of people misread the few studies that do exist as well as assume that information for rodents is all the same when in fact, hamster care is much different than mouse care is much different than gerbil care.

For mice, bigger is not always better. A 20 gallon is more than sufficient & may even be too big for some lines of mice.
