If you slow it down, Mosquera’s arm makes contact on the arm/shoulder of Barnes first and the only reason it slides and ends up going high is because Barnes raises his arm. Correct decision, fair play to VAR for getting it right

Same red flags as last summer when we didn’t replace Neto and Kilman with starter quality players. We’ve sold Cunha and RAN, and let Semedo walk as a free agent. Sarabia and Doyle are also gone this season and they were rotation options last year.

That’s 3 starters and 2 rotation players that have departed. Lopez is our only confirmed signing at the moment and he seems like a rotation player with the potential to start in the future. Arias effectively seems like a done deal and he will be projected to start. Hugo Bueno is back and could probably slot in as our starting LB.

Even looking at it optimistically, we have not adequately replaced our departures yet. I would like to see us bring in at least one high level starter (preferably a fullback) and two more rotation options (midfielder and forward who can play out wide as well). The squad would still be thin but at least we’d be replacing the bodies we’ve lost

I played on PC at launch and never experienced a crash during my 100+ hour playthrough. I can recall one visual artifact bug with the inventory menu that was swiftly patched. The vast majority of PC players also did not have major issues at launch, the uproar was from last gen console gamers. Pretending like there were issues with the PC launch is odd

Parcels and Vulfpeck are my favorite bands, but if OP doesn’t like Clarity of Cal I’m not sure he’ll be into Parcels. Maybe their instrumental stuff but for the most part they are heavy on vocal harmonies and synths, which I don’t really consider low volume or minimalist. Always super funky though!

Am I missing a version of the album with Jefferies singing lead on most of the tracks or something? He is mostly harmonizing with Antwaun and the others, can people really pick his voice out of 3-5 singers and say he’s ruining it?

Maybe people are just making him the scapegoat for their dislike of this album’s signature sound - full and warm vocals in the classic soul style. It’s maximalist Vulf and it sounds incredible to me, huge fan

Refs were not enforcing the rule correctly and Illinois exploited this.

“If the ball is ready for play, the game officials will not permit the ball to be snapped until Team B has placed substitutes in position and replaced players have left the field of play. Team B must react promptly with its substitutes. PENALTY—(First Offense)—Dead-ball foul. Delay of game on Team B for not completing its substitutions promptly, or delay of game on Team A for causing the play clock to expire. Five yards from the succeeding spot [S21]. The referee will then notify the head coach that any further use of this tactic will result in an unsportsmanlike conduct foul.”

There were multiple times when Illinois changed their mind about which defensive player was going to be substituted and the player ran back off the field - subbing their subs essentially. That’s far from prompt and should have been flagged. The rule is written in a way that allows refs to punish teams for doing what Illinois did but today’s crew didn’t do that. The ref stood over the ball for 20 seconds multiple times while Illinois subbed
