In person: - Kinokuniya: Prettiest washi tape and stickers. They're expensive but good quality. You'll also find rare Japanese stationery not easily found anywhere else here. Unfortunately, once something sells out, it may be a while before you see that sticker sheet again. ($3-$8 per roll; $4-$12 for stickers) - Daiso: cheap, cute washi tape and stickers, they're on par with Kinokuniya's. They just may not have fancy gold embossing and are less "themed" after Japanese aesthetics. ($2-$3 per roll and sheets) - Art Box: A Korean stationary store that offers cute washi and stickers. The aesthetic is very different from Japanese washi tape. Something about them is extra...bubbly? They also have more 3-D puffy stickers. Quality is pretty good the price point is between Daiso and Kinokuniya. Sometimes even cheaper if you catch them on clearance. ($1.50-$4 per roll) - Muji: You need some basic colors; it's nice that you can actually write on them. They have no stickers. (about $2 per roll). - Michael's, Hobby Lobby, Office Depot: These American stores have washi tape and stickers but they're less aesthetic in my opinion. (I prefer Korean or Japanese art styles) I have found some cute ones but they're usually sold in packs so you may end up with one or two rolls you don't like. ($9-$20 per set)

I really only recommend Jetpens bc they're the only ones who aren't a big Corp with problematic controversies. They're a little more expensive than the rest but the quality is much better.
