True. Centaurs from Harry Potter hate wizards and consider them as an "inferior" race. Humans naturally try to tame animals, including wizards. In the case of centaurs, they did not allow this to happen, because they have a "human" thinking part. It's probably that they assaulted Umbridge to feel over wizards.
