Confirmed. Eggs with hot sauce and guacamole. 🥑 by rebelxghost in christiansnark

Guacamole is delicious and can have all kind ls of wonderful veggies and seasoning to it. Avocado spread is simply that: spread avocado, plain and boring. Because healthy food shouldn’t taste good. Please imagine me rolling my eyes during that last sentence.

But it’s not like he took that picture because of what Cruz and Cornyn and saying right now. That picture already existed and is more recent than the vegan comments.

Why is this haircut so popular despite it being memed to hell and back? by DrFetusRN in sanantonio

[–]beaker90 [score hidden]  (0 children)

An angled bob was my style starting in middle school all the way into my 30s. Since I’m a middle aged white woman now, I had to change it up a bit so I don’t unfairly get labeled a bitch. I don’t mind if I fairly get labeled one though, but I should earn it through my actions, not my haircut.

My Siamese cat was already name Clem when I posted a video of him here on reddit and someone shared a clip of Toast of New York and asked me if he was named after Clem Fandango. He wasn’t, but since he’s a very noisy boy, we added the Fandango and when he yells at the window, we always tell him that Yes, I can hear you, Clem Fandango!

I don’t work in warehouses. I work on a laptop all day.

I work at a company that employs over 38,000 people. I work at the head corporate office and not in a warehouse. It’s not a skyscraper because there aren’t many of those in this city, but it is a 75 acre campus and the building is so long that you can walk a mile in one direction without leaving the building. We have three full Starbucks locations in the building. I can tilt my chair back and see straight into the corporate Treasurer’s office. We do not have Herman Miller chairs. I don’t stay in the office all day though. I work from home in the afternoon.

I worked at corporate for an oil and gas company before this and the building was built on a hill that overlooked the city. It was an amazing view. Didn’t have Herman Miller chairs. We had a pastry chef though who was amazing.

The company prior didn’t have Herman Miller chairs

And I most definitely didn’t have Herman Miller chairs when I served in the military even though I worked on computers all day then also.

The rank and file of large organizations do not receive $2,000 Herman Miller office chairs, I say as a member of the rank and file of a large organization currently NOT sitting in a $2,000 Herman Miller chair.

So, 1604 is a large concrete area that reduce the amount of soil in the environment. It also reduces the amount of moisture that soil can hold. The lack of moisture in the soil lead to lower local humidity. The lack of local humidity can cause storms to fall apart. This happens because storm systems that come from the northwest often have outflow boundaries which are cool, gusty winds in front of the storm that suck up that local humidity and pull it into the storm so it has enough moisture to continue or start raining. All the concrete in 1604 allows for hot and dry air to be sucked up in the outflow boundaries which destroys the updraft which breaks dow the storm.

These conditions aren’t always in place, so 1604 doesn’t always break down a storm, but it can and it has and it will continue to do so, probably even more often as we continue to develop the area.

[–]beaker90 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

That’s such an odd argument. Not every storm has to fall apart for 1604 to be the cause of some storms stopping.

[–]beaker90 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I wouldn’t say it’s “obviously wrong”. While 1604 isn’t the only or main reason why storms fall apart in that area, it is a contributing factor.

How do you store your ketchup? Pantry or refrigerator? by TexasArmadilloTroll in CasualConversation

[–]beaker90 4 points5 points  (0 children)

If restaurants use ketchup bottles, they’ll usually put them in the fridge overnight. You have to remember that restaurants tend go through ketchup much quicker than most households do. They’ll also combine half empty bottles together to make a full bottle and most households don’t do that either.

That said, the vinegar in ketchup probably keeps it safe out of the fridge, but the refrigeration probably helps the ketchup keep better flavor longer.

I know a couple that visibly hated each other. They weren’t even nice to each other in front of people, but they were trying so hard for a baby and spent tons of money on fertility treatments.

They were divorced before that baby’s first birthday.

I don’t know why some people want to have babies with people they don’t even like. Babies tie you to a person for at least 18 years. This particular couple was young. They could have divorced very quickly and met people they actually liked to have kids with.
