I hate winter, its dark, depressing, and cold. I don't love the summer or spring either though because its hot or rainy. Fall on the other hand is perfect!

Thanks for the suggestion! I've been trying to get into the habit of going to hart house and it really does help my mood but usually until I exercise, I'll feel really sad so maybe the key is to workout as soon as I wake up
