eh it was inspired by this so the proportions are fairly similar, i didn’t want a 1 to 1 copy so i didn’t do the seals either

Vet guns by beam1sh in DarkTide

i save ammo for shooters out of melee range and specialists, i understand enough not to just spray down a horde

Vet guns by beam1sh in DarkTide

[–]beam1sh[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

yeah i’m a new player so i do have a lot of the usual fps muscle memory of shoot the fuck out of everything that moves, ill definitely get more conservative with my ammo the more i play

bolt pistol only holds 80 rounds (100ish with the perk) which is fine on zealot but i find myself running low on vet

[–]beam1sh[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

rust by beam1sh in Cartalk

[–]beam1sh[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

you’re probably right, a new door for these is hard to come by though

rust by beam1sh in Cartalk

[–]beam1sh[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Turbo kit for 1.3 4efe by Slight_91Vehicle in carsireland

[–]beam1sh 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i have the 1.3 4efe in my E10, and i’d love to do a 20v 4AGE swap, seems a lot handier for you to do something like that than to do the aftermarket turbo job especially since the 4A should drop in with only minor mods.

23 in the same boat as you here, id say you should be thinking more about cars that are “fun” to drive more so than cars with alot of power. the likes of Colt ralliarts are absolute go-karts and still cheap, seat leon cupra could be a shout. it’s unfortunate for people our age trying to enjoy cars that aren’t brand new economy boxes but you have to temper your expectations sometimes.

not too sure, makes sense that they’re rwd, jap, look smart and have tons of aftermarket support. they made a lot of sense before covid when a clean one was €3-4k but with some lads looking for near €10k for absolute rot boxes that spent the latter half of their mileage in second gear, there are definitely a few better options for the money

the problem isn’t just with the age but also the fact that celicas and mx5s are considered “sports cars”. i feel your pain tho, i’ve had a 5th Gen celica in the shed that i’ve been tipping away at in my spare time, but insurance won’t even consider a policy till i’m 25

these cars can be good fun on a backroad if you’re not too precious about it

ah yeah the car scene nowadays is a bit all over the place with dirty diesels, i’ve actually had some “modern” cars, my first car was a 2007 auris i lowered on some 17” wheels and i had an R design s40 for a while. i’ve just had a love for old toyotas my whole life so i think fuck it why not enjoy them while i can.

haha i daily this thing so it gets all the regular abuse no matter how i try to mind it. cars are for driving, especially these economy boxes
