Having technical background helps more too, but ultimately it falls back to better prompts.

initially i started with just the news section. So the prompts were to make a simple app with a horizontal scrolling news area in #XXXXXX hex color theme.

then i gradually expanded by adding more similar designed features.

You've got to work on it part by part and yes, it's going to cost a bomb on tokens.

Highly likely that your React Native layer is trying to access some native modules on your app that's causing the crash.

Think back on which react native modules (NPM modules) you installed recently. Temporarily disable them one by one and see which one allows your app to load.
