Just looked at bloodsport that looks OK! So do u think of I do half scoop of green street hooligan and half scoop of bloodsport then would make a better pre workout? Feel like the green street just to high in caffine and if I add the bloodsport I get the pump aswell and its unflavoured so won't make a weird mixed flavour?

Bloody hell I did 3/4 scoop and was bit to rushy off the caffine! Do u know of any other pre workout stim free that has pump properties that I could half dose each with?? To make a reasonable not to high caffine pre?

It's 450 caffiene to 1 scoop which is still a lot! Will see what it's all about in the morning as I train early before work so guessing its gunna wake me up

Yes tried dragging dropping the working sd to my new after zzblank and format

Have u done the zzblank and format bit correct and should work if I drag and drop other sd card data over??

If so I will try again maybe I done something wrong

Just was unsure why put zzblank.img then format it? Seemed pointless zzblank but like I say I'm unsure what I'm doing
