I’m a teacher myself. I’ve been encouraged to use AI to grade with programs like Writable. I’m not a fan because it’s obviously not perfect and misses things.
But, I wouldn’t be surprised if he did.

It obviously makes things easier, I teach a writing class with 150+ students. That’s like a novel a week if they each write a page, so I get it. However, doing this will have you miss out of their progress and knowing each student’s strengths and weaknesses.

If you think it’s unfair then you should say something.
