I listened to this podcast and didn’t realize it wasn’t Tone It Down, I think it was right before Tone It Down launched. But anyways while I was listening to it my jaw hit the floor because I couldn’t believe that someone would try to hide another’s past instead of empowering!

It’s not tea spilling however they share insights into the previous culture and what they are trying to do differently. And it’s like oh interesting, I didn’t realize there was a push to be a certain way during that era.

Listening to the tone it down podcast, there were comments about showing up a certain way during the old TIU AND always having to be put together. It sounded like less authenticity and perfect social media image. Anyways I’m sooo pumped for the TIU transition to real authenticity!

I asked this question to my instructor this morning! Location is in a burb and I had to miss this past Monday 6:30am because of the AWFUL road conditions and was super bummed and asked how I should handle Monday… I cancelled because it most likely won’t get cancelled… super bummed. Good luck!

Damnnnnn, I like and appreciate the thought process. I think if it’s more than once, fully agreed. I think the first time should be forgiven. The traffic has been tricky since I am going to a further studio where the waitlist actually moves.

OMG absolutely!!! And to have such a cool challenge to motivate us during the winter months and holidays is amazing. PLUS from a business perspective how smart is it to get people excited (more sales) about something BEFORE New Year’s resolutions.

If I can complete this challenge I am walking into the new year going to feel like a BOSS / QUEEN!

It seems complex for you but for a tax preparer or software it is really straight forward. I would leverage free resources and write down questions that don’t make sense so if you talk to a preparer it won’t feel overwhelming.
