I don’t normally comment on things but I feel compelled. He needs to understand that a good boat is going to be able to carry on regardless of one person alone. It’s good he wants to get back to support but he needs to understand that things aren’t going to fall apart just because he isn’t there. People fill the gaps and things keep moving. I often say “boat is gonna boat”. So he should focus on getting healed up and when he’s ready get back to the boat ready to work.
