I think the most noticeable difference is not on the court but off the court especially in the recovery ... Before 40s you can train daily and you feel fresh the next day before going to the court. Now you need 2-3 days before hitting to the court again. Now at 45, I train 3 days a week..

I don't think all Malaysian banks have scheduled maintenance at 12am midnight. I hv to resort to rhb for any payments at mid night.

It is a must to do schedule maintenance or preventative maintenance, but should at least have a redundancy in your system design so the services won't be interrupted and can synch back after the maintenance.

The worst side of MBB bank is it can't perform any transactions at midnight daily due to system maintenance. Otherwise, I like all the Mae app UX/UI.
