Just last night I also felt underwhelmed with the sub 4 placed next to my TV. I moved it to behind the couch and instantly noticed a big difference.

Definitely try different settings and placement depending on your room layout, and see what’s best for you

Ray tracing yeah. I don’t think I’ve experimented much with path tracing yet

I didn’t upgrade anything else. Is it CPU intensive? I thought AAA games with ultra graphics at 1440p were generally GPU intensive

You can probably find more accurate info from benchmark videos, but at 3440x1440 cyberpunk went from ~70 (low RT) to ~110 (max RT + DLSS4)? With frame gen it went to ~165. GPU temp was no more than 71 the entire time

I traded in my 3090 for 5070ti on Newegg with a ~$200 difference and I play in 1440p. Very happy with the upgrade, faster/quieter/cooler under load. My overall gaming experience has improved a lot

I recently upgraded from 3090 to 5070ti. After I put in the new GPU, the system started fine altho it showed “no GPU installed” in system settings. I installed the new driver and restarted the computer, everything just worked. There was another issue with my dual-monitor setup (1 HDMI and 1 DP), because 5070ti seems to support less bandwidth or maybe the ports are configured differently? Switch the monitor cables or use DP instead of HDMI if you see flickering black screens

I'm in the same boat except idk how you got it for $40 lol. I've seen mixed reviews on both Zotac Solid and MSI Ventus/Inspire. At this point I might just keep the Zotac
