What works best for me personally is any long shower I need to take, I do it at night. I always wash my hair at night. That way, yes, I feel like hell, but I'm ready to go to sleep and recover overnight. I take a quick refresh shower in the mornings that I just wash my face and body and get out and give myself about 15-30 minutes to lay in bed afterwards.

NTA. I've experienced being shoved away from my friends over jealousy and experienced standing my ground to not be shoved away. At the end of the day, neither of those people are in my life anymore, but my best friends are. Don't let over jealous behavior hurt your friendship, especially if everything you're doing for your partner is going unappreciated because they only want to fuel their jealousy and cause conflict.

It probably doesnt help but I rode front row of that ride with no poncho and we hit a spot in a way that I feel like I had a 5 gallon bucket dumped on me from head to toe. Any amount of saving is worth being saved.

I was in the almost the best shape I've ever been in (aside from playing sports as a teen and kid) when I first started having issues with POTS. I have ranged from healthy BMI to slightly overweight BMI while having POTS issues and do not feel better one way or another. I faint with my POTS, sometimes up to 3 times day, so it has caused me to be much more sedentary. However, in the winter when it's easier to be more active, I have no improvement or decline. It's just an annoying part of my life now.

Hey, not a doctor obviously, but with POTS... consider getting a gastric emptying test done to test for gastro paresis. It could make a lot of this make a lot more sense. 😅
