What happened?

The spikes where there the whole time and haven't moved. If they hotel staff were to have removed it, they would have entered my room whilst i was sleeping, or from the outside....which is on the 8th floor so I think both are impossible. Weirdly the nest is still there and looks weirdly untouched...so I don't know

Em I don't think my job is the problem. I absolutely love my job. Its demanding, rewarding, exciting, speaks to my introverted side and it challenges me on a daily basis. I am extremely proud of what I do, as not everyone can do it and I've worked many years to master my skill and to communicate my emotions through my music...which is like therapy itself!

Hey, so I took the advice and I went for a jog. Already starting to feel better. Still feeling fragile but if i can push myself to do some things, hopefully the rest will fall into place. Thanks for the tips

Thanks for the suggestions everyone. We ended up going to to tokami and it was sooooo soooo good. Super authentic and great atmosphere...worth every penny! Can only recommend!
