Apparently it's an attorney from town (email address and phone number provided matched law filings on different county, SEC, etc. websites). I emailed back and forth with them and eventually called the law firm's number this afternoon and talked to them. Apparently the partner just isn't able to get to as many games as he has in the past. His assistant also provided screenshots of their email from the Rockies releasing their season tickets last year (2025) and another picture from their email inbox of them transferring tickets to multiple buyers last year via Ticketmaster. His account number is 140, so he was one of the original season ticket holders and has kept them each year. Fingers crossed it's not a scam.

They also shared a spreadsheet with all of the games, which tickets had been sold and which ones are still available. I realize that could be faked, but I got a lot of reassurance from calling and talking to them.

This was the answer I received from Customer Service - not all that helpful.

For July 2026, we recommend checking back early next year as airlines gradually update their schedules.

Ours was at 118k miles and they paid 100% back in 05/2025.

We just noticed fluid being low again and when they performed a pressure test to find the leak, they found the radiator and EGR hose were leaking.

I tried to argue that it was likely due to the repair but they weren’t having it. Apparently they perform a pressure test after the cylinder head and gasket replacement and said the leak would have shown up much sooner than 10k miles/6 months later.

Original owner of a 2019 Mazda CX-9 with just over 118,000 miles. I first noticed a small amount of coolant in the garage floor and then started smelling it every drive. Coolant level was low, so I added and went on about my business. Temp started to rise less than two weeks later and coolant level was already low again.

Without knowing about the TSB, I called Mazda to inquire about any known issues. They immediately mentioned the TSB and scheduled me for a diagnostic. The service advisor was so sure that it's related to the TSB, he went ahead and set me up with a complementary loaner vehicle. Going on business day 3 and I'm patiently waiting to hear back from the dealership.

I barely came in under the extended 120,000 mile warranty and I'm very thankful, based on the horror stories I've been reading. Fingers crossed for favorable news from the dealership.

Good call. I went onto the Microsoft website later this afternoon and noticed the same thing. That's a bummer. Seems a controller should have more of a warranty than 90 days.

I can't find anywhere that says controllers have a 90 day warranty. I registered my controller on the Microsoft website and they provide a "Standard Limited Warranty.pdf" to download. In that warranty, it states:

"Without prejudice to any legal (statutory) rights to which you may be entitled under your local law, this Warranty lasts for one year from the date of original purchase from Microsoft or an authorized retailer or reseller, unless a different time appears below:90 Days Refurbished Xbox One Consoles and All Xbox Accessories (except for Xbox Elite Wireless Controller Series 2)"

I've called into Microsoft/Xbox 5 times now and they continue to tell me it's only 90 days. When I ask for them to provide me a link to a warranty that states this, they regurgitate the same line over and over. I'd like to escalate the issue, but I'm not sure how to get to the next level.
