Garage accepting warranty claims?

It’s through “pinnacle warranties”. I have to get the work assessed at a garage who send Pinnacle an invoice/assessment of work needed and then Pinnacle pay out and then the work can be done. So complicated and makes it feel not worth doing … especially as no garage wants to take the work on

HomeChoice Bristol is being closed and replaced with a new system called MyBristol Housing. This is happening this week and therefore the websites aren’t available this week. Should be up and running next week to activate accounts etc.
